Artwork Ownership Policy

Artwork supplied by a customer remains the customer's property. By submitting it, the customer confirms that they own the artwork or have permission to use, reproduce, and authorize Logo Envy to produce it.

If a customer pays an artwork setup fee, the customer owns the resulting artwork. If Logo Envy creates artwork and the customer purchases it by paying a design fee, the customer owns that artwork.

If Logo Envy creates a design and sells it on apparel or other products without the customer separately purchasing the artwork, the design is licensed for that production order. Logo Envy may require payment of an artwork or design fee before releasing editable or production-ready source files.

When the customer owns the artwork under this policy, Logo Envy will provide available customer-owned files upon request. Third-party fonts, stock assets, licensed elements, and software-dependent production files may remain subject to their original license terms and may require substitution or separate licensing.
