Operation

When are you open?

We are open on weekdays from 8am-2:30pm. We are closed for a period of time around Christmas, Thanksgiving and the 4th of July but open most other holidays.

What is the turnaround time on orders?

On average an order takes 7-10 business days. More complicated orders take longer, and more simple orders like names and numbers take less time.

Are there any set-up fees?

We charge a standard $50 set-up fee for embroidery digitization. Sometimes this fee made be waved depending on multiple factors.

I just need one shirt. Can I be a walk-in?

Absolutely. We still require a few days to complete these jobs, even if we’re just doing one piece. Imagine a line of orders, and when you bring in your project, you get in the back of the line. We have multiple lines, so some are shorter than others, but you can’t cut to the front of the line.

Artwork

I'm a past customer. Do you have my artwork on file?

Most likely yes, we do. However there are always exceptions based on time and other factors. We also may not have your artwork in the file format you want it in.

I have a logo. Can you use it for a project?

Yes! But – depending on what file format it is in, we may have to convert it. Please see our artwork guidelines for more information.
